A downloadable Lancer Supplement

The Closest Thing to a Righteous Gun

---

Stellar Wings Design Collective is a Third Party mech manufacturer for Lancer
written by Rhi the Kobold Bun and edited by Hyper-C Shells, a cadre of various GMS personnel invested in the research, development, and limited release of chassis primarily for use by Union's Department of Justice/Human Rights' Liberator teams, as well as sympathetic forces such as the Ungratefuls, Albatross, or others.

Stellar Wings has faced criticism for its interventionist stance, given its track record of support for insurgents like the Ungratefuls, and for some of its known members advocating for accelerated deployment of Liberators in the face of brazen violations of the Pillars. Some even whisper that the Collective contains the seed of a new brand of anthrochauvinism, with the righteous gun of the Liberator center stage in its symbology. If these criticisms shake them even for a moment, it is not shown in what passes for public-facing interaction from Stellar Wings; they simply do their project of passion, maintain their network of contacts among those they would outfit with what they see as tools of justice, and pass along their righteous guns to hands they deem fit to wield them.

The groups initial focus was offering Liberator squadrons alternatives to existing chassis, and so their design is guided by principles of reliability, willingness to adopt advanced technology at a steady pace, specialization in a role, and team cohesion. As such, all frames created by Stellar Wings are rugged military machines bearing technological advances in their determined specialty; exceedingly precise targeting computers, robust command networks, or other such advances Stellar Wings were guided to in pursuit of specialization.

Stellar Wings Design Collective contains lore about the Collective, its origins, organization, and relationships with other factions in the LANCER setting, as well as 6 Core Bonuses related to the manufacturer and obtainable through investing in its
